THE ART OF FEELING

THE ART OF FEELING

A soul-awakening experience in the mystical mountains of Guatemala.
This retreat is for the wild-hearted, the sensitive, the seekers, those who crave expression beyond words.

Through yoga, intuitive movement, breathwork, ceremony, and creative exploration, we'll soften the walls around our hearts, transmute emotion into art, and remember our essence as living, feeling, expressive beings.

We are not here to be perfect. We are here to be fully alive.

The Facilitators

Drawing from years of study, travel, and immersion in sacred traditions, Nickole weaves together breath, movement, and ancient wisdom to create experiences that awaken presence, release emotion, and open the heart. A second-generation yogi and dedicated practitioner, she guides students with practices that cultivate clarity, creativity, and deep inner connection.

With a background in dance and a deep love for movement, Brenna guides practices that blend playfulness with soulful intention. Through yoga and intuitive movement, she invites students to move beyond familiar patterns, exploring the body as a canvas for authentic expression. Her classes create space to feel deeply, release, and reconnect with the art of being fully alive.

The Retreat Center

Ix Balam is a beach front land with 13 bedrooms, 13 bathrooms, 90 square meter lake front Maloca, 240 square meter Shala, beach front sauna (Temazcal), private dock, Teepee Grounds, community kitchens, music studio, restaurant & food garden.

They have developed this sacred space intentionally and prayerfully on the very shore of Lake Atitlan Guatemala on a secluded bay 5 minutes walk from the holistic town of San Marcos La Laguna, part of Cerro Tzan Kujil’s protected natural reservation.
